Our Lincoln clinic is a mixed practice clinic situated in the small town of Lincoln, which is a part of the Selwyn District of Canterbury. Lincoln is located on the Canterbury Plains, only 22kms southwest of Christchurch.

• Large Animal/ Lead Vet: Rob Dunbar. Specialist in Deer work and all aspects in large animal veterinary working across the Canterbury region.
• Technician Team: In-clinic we have Courtney Spang, supported by our Canterbury team of Anna Proudman, Izzie Chapman-Reynolds, Jo Thorpe, and Malcolm Clapperton.
• Commercial Advisor: Jo Thorpe works over the Canterbury region.

Our Lincoln team provide 24hr veterinary care and support to the community far and wide, with clients situated in not only in Lincoln but also surrounding areas including Rakaia, Diamond Harbour, Rolleston and West Melton. Our vets also support large animal services including emergency care to several Christchurch organisations and residents.

We work closely with our clients to make certain all aspects of preventative care are monitored and maintained, providing knowledge, guidance, and supplies to support optimal animal health. Our team are available to head out to farm 24hrs around the clock to support all urgent care situations as well as give important advice over the phone.

Petfirst Veterinary Lincoln is well known in the community due to the great team of animal loving professionals, that deliver high-level knowledge, care and services to our valued and loyal customers.

History: The clinic in Lincoln has been caring for animals and supporting our clients from the same premises for over 30 years. Recently rebranded as Farmfirst & Petfirst Veterinary Lincoln, we have operated under the VetEnt brand since 2011. Prior to 2011 the clinic was owned and operated as part of the SEVS veterinary clinics group (Springs Ellesmere Veterinary Service). This was the original veterinary business that was opened back in 1990.

Community: We passionately and actively get behind the community with local sponsorship. We have a regular commitment supporting local ram sales, hunting and shearing competitions, sports teams, and local school initiatives.
